The more and more I read, the more I realize this is my Green New Dream. Leftist commentators encourage a lot of utopianist thoughts but I wonder how it would ever become possible- as if working with food not bombs long enough would free my neighbors from the bullshit job they're working. But this makes me feel like we are close to something like liberation.

I cannot wait to resume reading this. These short stories are totally immersive

Reading a little each day with my morning coffee. I'm really loving the passage on doing things even though they are impossible. Fighting COVID and the growing authoritarian spirit in this country feels impossible, but I do it anyway. It feels like a good passage for an activist and a dreamer.

I'm only on page 28 and I'm basically a freedom fighter now. Can't wait to read GHW 5, which I will after I get this done (I got this one free with my order).
