Annie Clayton, the author, writes the most beautiful descriptions. And this is no "mail-order bride" book. Far from it. While this is set in the 1800s, probably late 1800s, the story is wonderful. You GOTTA read this one. On Kindle Unlimited.

Book just wasn't interesting to me. Logging as a book not finished.

What a start! I had to quit at 5% because I had other things that HAVE to be done today. Knew if I read more, they wouldn't get done.

Finished it last week. An ARC and part of the Katie Burkholder series. If you are a fan of that series like I am YOU WILL WANT THIS BOOK.

A typical Dirk Pitt setting with Atlantis being Found in a place you would never think of. Keep me intrigued.

Only went•30 pages in and quit. Nothing new And seemed to be more about what he found out about his family ancestry. Should not recommend- much better resources available. Moved to did-not-finish Category.

Definitely A Thriller. Non-stop action. If you've ever read a "Dirk Pitt"novel- it has that not-quite-believable aspect_BUT--it makes you want to keep reading. First book by this author. This is is3ʳᵈ in the series but seems like a standalone.

A very engaging book. Appropriately titled But another title could be "The worry war travels west". The beginning part of this book, it's almost like an introduction, really grabs your .

I'm putting this one on hold. L'Amour was required to follow the script of the movie -- be sure to read the section by his son Beau. BUT ...

"How the West Was Won" is one of my favorite movies. I've watched it many times and reading it -- well, it's just as enjoyable as I thought it would be.

B Is for Bonnet is such enjoyable read. Just a teensy-wincy little example— there's a scene that involves a clock... No, it's not what you're thinking And that's what makes it so good. I can see this clock.... I can see
Treva looking at the clock and thinking exactly what she does That's good writing folks.

Excellent start into book two of this new series. Reading the ARC via NetGalley.

Another page turner by Dana Lynn.3 people are on the run And well they should be. I'm going to have to make myself stop reading. I have stuff I should be doing But They're running Don't they need my help ??

I finally gave up reading this one. It has high ratings on Amazon -- close to 5 stars. I just was bored. I wanted to take a red pen to it and stop what to me were scenes repeated. But it could be just right for other readers. It's one I'm not finishing the review for NetGalley.

If you love mysteries , especially those that have an Amish bent , Put this on your must MUST read list. If I didn't have stuff on my to do list that I really really do have to do by a certain time , I think I would have read this 1 straight through -- if it made me lose sleep.

Boy, this plot is pulling me in and has from the beginning.

I'm struggling with this book. Apparently, it's not all the interesting as I've read two other books -- or is it three -- since I started this one.

I'm pausing on this one to read "A is for Amish" -- both are ARCs but " Into the Starlight" publish date isn't until July.

It was okay but not memorable. I'm trying another book in the series.

Hudson is the K9 partner. Someone kidnapped, maybe killed, Gemma who is BFF to Amy. Another page turner for me. Which is a good thing since this NetGalley ARC has a publish date of April 25th.

Review coming. Sadly it can't be 5 stars.

The 3rd book in this series. I like it better than book 2.
