I knew the book was geared toward young adults, but had heard too many rave reviews not to check it out. Unfortunately, the pacing is so slow & tedious it couldn't keep my interest.

Interesting book, though I'll probably need to read again to refresh my memory.

Meh, had to put this book down... to goofy to really be enjoyable. I truly love Bevan's Caverns and Creatures series (LOVED them all!), so thought I'd give this one a go. Wish it had been better, but I'll stick with Red Shirts for silly/fun space sci-fi and Star Wars Extended Universe for this fix. :)
