I could cut and paste some parts of this book into my own memoir. lol.

Reading is better than listening with this one. The author narrates the book herself, but she's bad at it. She sounds like an AI voice. The book itself is brilliant and terrifying, but take a pass on the audio version.

This is the stuff of nightmares, especially now that complete morons are in charge in the US. Still, it's fascinating and reads like a novel.

Summer junk food reading, but for those of us who were 14 in '69, there's a lot to relate to from that time period.
