I'm just a quarter in and this book made me teared up, feel, and think so much already! My head and heart are bursting.
Oh! and btw, this book has a CD - like, a literal CD! The music may not be for most, but I care so much about the lyrics.

Living in this neighbourhood is exhausting - draining even. The tone though remains calm and still, even with what happened.

Okay. I'm starting to like this book. I like the gods bantering with each other more than the start of this love story. (Look, I know what I'm getting myself into. This isn't necessary the cup of "longing and sad romance" that I can fully relate to, but they seem lovely.)

Need a lot of focus because there's a lot to take note of...

Feels like I'm reading love letter exchanges across timelines and alternate realities.

Currently loving Glück's prose poetry and most of her tones. It's provoking.

The introductions itself promised and prepared me on the sorrows and tragedies within this book.

I like how their connection is with both passions and grief.

I’ve been repeating the first chapter for a third time now, because I can’t get past the a portion of chapter 2.... hahaha!

This is weird, never thought I'd care for a china rabbit doll and wonder what's going to happen to "it" next.
