I've decided to quit this book. She claims to be a brave and strong woman, with her dog by her side, but I find her to be reckless and she neglects her beautiful dog. When she agrees to go to a sex club with a young man she barely knows (even if he is a cop), I had to tap out.

I stopped reading because it seemed too much like a romance novel for me. Writing was ok, just seemed somewhat shallow.

I like this book but it's got a little too much gore for me so I put it down. My husband read it though and liked it a lot. Finished it in just a few days.
