Solid book in many ways, and necessary, but more like a 3.5 - mostly because the topic has so much more potential. Good start, though.

Goldsworthy always gives me mixed feelings. I love how he makes much of Christ, but I also have to keep overlooking his redemptive-historic hermeneutic and typological interpretation. Too subjective.
