So far so good. Unlike many readers "listeners", I only know of Kate from "Ryan's Hope". I just love listening to memoirs narrated by the author. I too was raised Irish Catholic, and already I can relate. I'm hopefully estimating that I will give this 4 stars. I am intrigued to now watch "Orange is the New Black".

Chapter 8 Page 176. This book is hard to get through, but I'll try to my best to get through the rest. In my Opinion Arcadia was much better. I actually thought this might have been better than Arcadia, since it was picked by Amazon editors as the number one book of 2015. I have to ask why???????

I just started this book which so far Is a very quick read. Although this book is fiction, it is important to know about suicide statistics for this age group, Hannah tried to reach out, and I think this book shows a side most of us are unaware of, although I know that I went through similar events when I was Hannah's age.

I literally gave up on this book. I have now placed it in my beach bag for the next time. The beach seems to be where ridiculous books don't matter much.

I just started to read this book and I can already see that Deb's "a hot mess" (sandy's review). I'm glad I didn't pay a lot for this beach book. Having family in Holland Michigan I have to wonder if her attraction to Mexico is from her being raised in that culture as Holland has a high Latino population.
