This is the second time I’ve read a Christina Lauren book and found it incredibly similar to a Carley Fortune work (Our Perfect Storm this time, Every Summer After/Love And Other Words last time) - in both cases looking up the publication dates and finding CL hitting the market well before CF. This one isn’t as blatantly similar to CF’d more recent version, but enough to make me question what Fortune is doing
