currently on the chapter “The Borderline Society,” which contains some of the most preposterously silly oversimplications I’ve seen in behavioral health

So far, not a fan of how frequently the author goes (paraphrasing) “don’t worry, I’m not going to go into any of that boring science shit” regarding land formation and other geological processes that a person reading a book about National Parks might be interested in. There’s an anti-intellectualism to his writing I find repellant.

This guy absolutely hates B.F. Skinner’s guts and that’s probably going to be enough for me to give this book five stars unless this book starts absolutely tanking. I would like to shake this author’s hand.
