so far this seems like a cross between Sleeping Giants and Rise and Fall of D.O.D.O. Interesting and funny but maybe not good or great.

This book had it's ups and downs. I really enjoyed books 1 and 2 but this book I enjoyed less... Partly because I like the chemistry between Miranda and Eli. Also having Slorn be a puppeteer of plot sorts was a bit disappointing. I did really enjoy the solution to the problem at the end. That was satisfactory and opens a lot of opportunity for the rest of the series.

This book has a really good message and all the plots are skillfully intertwined. I love how the plot keeps me guessing.

i just started this book and already its in first POV which is throwing me off.

This book was just ok. I wouldn't recommend it. The characters were not overly likeable and I felt there were no tangible consequences. The relationship of Elias and Paladin was not explored well and strange. I felt there was a lot of tangential stories which had to be explored to forward the plot.
My favorite character was Medea.

Since I'm stopping and starting this book each time I pick it up I have to gather together all the wisps of what I remember from last time. It's strongly written and the characters are interesting but to me, not keeping my interest.

This book is fascinating. I need to read it again. So many factoids and interesting perspectives on coyotes, historical, speculative etc. Sometimes the narrator seems to be writing a persuasive essay though and it comes through in the narrator's voice, not sure if that is intentional or not.

This book was a bit difficult to get into for me. The scope and storytelling style was refreshing but a bit overwhelming at times. Toward the middle it reminded me of the TV show Westworld in timeline sense. It would make a good hbo show. I found some of the twists predictable but did enjoy it. I don't know if I'll read the whole trilogy.

My favorite part of this book was the description of the rain at the end... Gorgeous. Hilarious but felt a bit disappointed. A fitting wrap up for Rincewinds arc overall I think.

Just finished Color of Magic. I feel like this book was a lot of wandering around. Run here have hilarity. And it wasn't that funny. But finally at the end when it came together more or less it at least made sense.

Ok so I can still see the tradgedy coming and it makes me so sad. I just want to cry. BUT the villian is sooo well written and sneaky and I'm really enjoying hating her

Well this book has definatley taken a turn for the strange now. I'm not enjoying it as much as I was the first 3 parts. I know its called Rise and Fall of D.O.D.O and I as the reader can see the fall beginning and see how it plays out. It makes me so sad because I want so many things but know its going to be tragic.

So far this is exactly the kind of sci fi book I want to read and want to write and contribute to as a body of work

So I really enjoyed Aramina as a character in Renegades of Pern, but here she just has this irrational, overriding fear of the dolphins and it gets on my nerves. It makes me like her a lot less than previously. She has never been a strong character (like Lessa) but she was at least endearing--now not so much.

So far this book has just seemed like 'go here, talk to this person' and then 'go here, talk to so and so.' I'm not enjoying it that much.
