got damn i was so vibing with this book (even despite the blatant Western Imperialist propaganda) but it got to a point where i dread finishing. i love the scientific/journalistic structure, but the Israel/America ass licking is too much at times and a handful of chapters just feels so unrealistic and unnecessary.

i’m about 1/5 through the book now. i’ve not felt this connected, pained, enraged, and proud of where my family comes from in ages.
