Sometimes this book can be so comically villainous in it‘s writing, I can‘t take it seriously and at the same time it deals ao casually with the slaughter of dozens/hundreds of people, and I‘m supposed to empathize with the MC? I think not.
Let‘s see if it picks up, but so far not my cup of tea.

This is… not good 😅

What I did not see coming was this book being a « how to boulder « guide 🙃

How is this so cute 😭

Oufff to DNF or not to DNF… I can‘t with a character literally being called Shark-y 🥲

“However, more importantly, language possesses a transformative potential to elucidate, demystify, repair, liberate and rival; to infiltrate consciousnesses and permeate into collective action; to support the weight of a civilization. Language of we can dominate it, can turn our anonymous whispers back into thunderous declarations” p.85

Why oh why am I doing this to myself 🤣

Hahahahahaha

I’m dragging myself through this book at snail pace. How anyone can say that this is gripping is beyond me….
Also, Vis is giving Paul Atreides v1.5 😐

Oh my god this is so incredibly dumb. 🙄

Fun!

In need of a palate cleanser after two bleak dystopian books ❤️

Oufff….Not sure I agree with people finding this depressing, more like horrifying. It’s giving the walking dead <\i> in the most terrifying way.
