This book is exactly what you expect for a 144 page paperback about giant crabs.

"Crabs Attack!" would be a better title, because these crabs attacks are taking place over more than one night.

Of course the giant crabs have an uncannily intelligent leader that's called the king crab. That's just crab science. Ask Cliff Davenport.

Whether it's logically deducing the existence of giant crabs, or bedding a divorcee half his age, Cliff Davenport moves fast.

Also Guy N Smith loves referring to Cliff Davenport and Pat Benson by their full names.

This book moves fast. In the space of a day, Cliff gets arrested by the military, released, meets a sexy divorcee named Pat Benson, and the two immediately identify giant crabs as the culprits behind the missing swimmers.
