So far this book is extremely reliant on characters overlooking extremely questionable behavior pretty regularly. Red flags everywhere and not so much as a question from our supposedly intelligent protagonist? Truly it is driving me up a wall.

Holy cliffhanger. Completely unfair to write an ending like that and then not let me have the next installment immediately. 😅

I’ve enjoyed these books so far. Good fun without actively insulting my intelligence, which isn’t always easy to find.
