I am going to be honest. The TV show was good, but this book is not for me and is my first DNF of 2025.

I paused to read another book and when I came back I just actually couldn't finish it.

I started reading this because the tv show is so good. I can do without all of the slurs/insults at the other woman in the book when the narrator should focus that energy on the husband. It's not enough to make me DNF but it only makes me want to read a little each day.

Quickly smutty

I'll only read the first. I need a series break so we are treating this as a stand alone.
