This is a reprint of two books: Waiting for Nick (1997) and Considering Kate (2001). Still think Silhouette is shady af for churning out these reprints and being less than clear that that’s what they are even though the novels are very much showing their age, but I’ve been sick, so here we are, lol

Yes, I’m also in the middle of five other books that I fully intend to get back to, but a friend lent this one to me, so it went to the top of the pile. It’s also very timely for me, given how the past year has gone!

Hit the point where I had to skim through the rest of it to find out what happens, because I was too stressed out. Don’t think I’ve had to do that since I read Kindred... and it occurs to me that that was in the fall of 2016, so that definitely tracks!
