Doing a re-read of this book and oh its such a wonderful experience.

I would never cook any of these recipies cause as a woman fromthe caribbean, seasoning is key..but her writing about food is so entertaining and enjoyable to read.

Absolutly profound and Brilliantly written!!!

This is one the most interesting nonfiction books ive read in a long time. The author is wordy but the facts he presented are absolutley compelling.

I love it when cornilia says "Believe me" lol

Ms. Montgomery's writng in this book is phanomenal!!!!
