Her book gives a good compare /contrast to life within the IBLP and outside. It’s her story and her truth and there are at least 20 other versions of it all. I read it so if you’re one to want to hear another perspective on a family a lot of us watched, read it. I’m glad she got to tell her truth and feel seen and heard.

Wanted to like book. If you like name dropping, money woes, political name calling, dive in. Managed to painfully squeeze out story of moving to country, restoring a home, and living through 2020. 2 stars 3 would be too generous. I wanted to quit but I dislike not finishing a book.
