थोडी फार जरी अस्वस्थता झ्हाली तर पुस्तक हातात घ्यावं आणि वाचत बसावं. असो अश्या वेळी हि पुस्तकाचं आपल्याला स्थिर करतात म्हणून पुन्हा "गवत्या" हातात घेतलं."आपल्याजवळ हि जी स्थब्धता आहे. शांतता आहे. तल्लीनता आहे आणि आपण ती तशीच ठेवायला पाहिजे कारण आपलं म्हणून जे आहे ते फक्त तेच आहे दुसरं काही नाही. बाकी प्रत्येक गोष्ट बाहेरची आहे, पण आपल्या मनाची स्थती मात्र आपली आहे.
