Not *thrilled* with the story so far but it’s an easy enough read. Continuing with the expectation that it should be picking up in the next 100 pages or so.

I love this book 😭♥️ And these characters!

He had dubbed her the wrath.

*Didn’t you say I was to be your spider? Why not stick with that?*
*Because there are plenty of spiders in the Barrel. Besides, you want your enemies to be afraid. Not think they can squash you with the toe of one boot.*

I’m enjoying this book in a way that I haven’t enjoyed a book in well over a year. Thank you for being the oasis in the desert of my reading material. 😭♥️
