Easy enough to read and what I'm getting from it so far is... The restful activities I do are considered restful by many people but we often feel guilty about doing them.

Considering abandoning this because it's a struggle to read at the moment...

These books are interesting but sometimes they're such a dry read.

There's some useful ideas and I appreciate the summary pages, but the rest is a bit of a bore.

Dropping the book at chapter 7. It is enjoyable in places but there doesn't feel like a strong narrative thorough line to keep me tethered to the timeline and locations so I'm getting a bit lost in the short anecdotes.

This hardly seems well researched, evidenced or revolutionary. I don't think this will be a go to guide or re-read but reading it gives me another way to reflect on my more difficult colleagues and how I could better interact with them.
