Annual re-read/buddy-read La La in the Library before buddy-reading Agnes Grey

I am buddy-reading this because I told my colleague the only way he will get an idea about this book and the series is to try himself and to support his endeavor I said, look, I'll buddy-read with you. So, here we are.

I just love Vonnegut!

This is going a bit slow. The story is ambitious... and I keep mixing up names and characters... ha... still interesting, but going slow.

I think I have just stumbled upon a paradox... so, I am reading, and someone is called "an enormous dick" for being an unpleasant person. right? someone calls someone an enormous dick, you immediately think: bad.
But, in other circumstances, or other genres of books even, an enormous dick is a good thing.
Get my gist?
Yeah. That is all.

I am smiling a lot during reading. It's adorable, but not overly slushy.
