I didn’t like this book when I read it in high school and it’s not any better this time around. The characters are so unlikable.

It ‘s slow going at first. Usually I enjoy stories that have different points of view from different time periods, this one is a bit confusing. I’m hoping the pace continues to pick up.

This book is soooooooo long! It’s good but taking forever and I’m having trouble keeping up with the names and who is related to which member of the Mayfair clan.
