I don't know how to feel. Maybe I was spoiled with the men of Chaos MC and their attitude filled women but I can't believe that she's just supposed to be okay with sharing her man and worse the old ladies do too. I'm finding it very hard to like Buck and to not think Clara is beyond stupid.

Fiona is still the worst. I wish the book was written in literally anyone else's perspective. Currently she claims she had no time to second guess her bad idea (would have been decision) right after stating that she was alone in a damned closet for ages. I don't know maybe use that time to talk yourself out of yet another felony.

Fiona is one of the most unlikable characters ever. She is constantly acting like a victim which she absolutely is not, she doesn't listen worth a damn, constantly makes bad decisions but feels she deserves praise when she make a good one, and thinks she has a right to judge someone she doesn't know based on and argument she heard through a wall.

So I just finished chapter one and all I have to say is Sam's redemption better be heaven on freaking earth because she is one of the most annoyingly atrocious characters I have ever met. Imagine Cady Heron from mean girls at her worst... times ten. At this juncture I just can't feel bad for her and to answer her question at the end of the chapter, yes, it's really that bad.

I am so annoyed with this book Gow has completely negated huge subplots and forgotten a dozen things we already learned. To name a few WTH happened to everything that was the end of book 6, its like she forgot where she ended off, questioning the use of Lifes blood on humans seriously it saved Justine 2 books ago, forgetting Maxs blood can turn a LB vamps back, Kal offering her blood to the guys. PAST IRRITATED!

This is definitely slow going. There is just so much damn detail about the boats that I am bored before anything happens. This is gonna take a while to force myself though. :( On a brighter note I;m enjoying Roberta's strong female character.
