Part 2: it was impossible to stop reading, kept me up until 4 a.m.
Maurice is ... i mean, i read the blurb but did not expect him to go that far.

(Side note: Maude Avery from Heart's Invisible Furies was mentioned - this made me smile.)

Finally the story is moving at a good pace.

I hate to say this but I wish this book stuck to the mystery and stopped trying to be a romance. For 200 pages it’s progressed from slightly irritating to destroying a favorite character.

where is this going?

book 4 picks up immdiatelly after the ending of book 3.
not much recollection of the mystery in the last one but i remember exactly why Cormoran is where he's now :)

Hmm, I still feel slightly detached from Sadie. Might be all the warnings I read in the reviews. Also, I keep thinking about Libby from Dark Places …
