This has been collecting dust on my shelf since it came out and when more news about the TV series started appearing I knew I had to read it before it aired… as I got into it I was told it’s a “sexy romantasy” and I kinda cringed. I’m all for a bit of a love story but I was expecting Game of Thrones not Fifty Shades… however, so far, it’s been GoT with some sexual tension and I love how nobody is safe.

Finally got chance to dive back in!!! Literally couldn’t put it down… but decided to save the last 100 pages for tomorrow!!

These two really know how to give you watery eyes and a lump in your throat…

As I know exactly what the last book did to my heart (and what every single Adam Silvera book has done to me) I’m not expecting a happy ending… but maybe this time ?!? Or at least a bittersweet ending for Ben & Arthur??

What If It’s Us? Is possibly my favourite book of all time… got me right in the feels SO much that it’s a book I’ll always cherish. And so far, this sequel is doing exactly the same for me.

I heard this book was like X-Men but from the bad guys POV, so I grabbed it the first opportunity I had.

I wouldn’t say it’s so much X-Men but it is brilliant so far!!!

I feel like this book has lost it's way a little - no idea where the storyline is heading or if I even care anymore. It's as if the author had a few different stories and just shoved them all into one and hoped the ending would work itself out?

So far it's cute and we've only just got to... that moment!

WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN?!?! I've found myself holding my breath through most of this book and I can't wait to see how it plays out!!

Wow. Just wow!!!

I saw the trailer for the movie based on this book and thought "I NEED TO READ THAT!!"

I'm SO glad I picked it up!!!

I cannot put this book down!! I have fallen truly, madly, deeply in love with it.

It is filling and breaking my heart all at once and I don't know whether I want to finish it in one sitting or try to make it last the rest of my life!!

Leaving it until the penultimate chapter to finally give us an OMG moment was a choice, but I definitely had that moment!!

Without "spoilers" I'm actually intrigued by how this will end more than how I expected the entire story to go.

There was a "reveal" and I thought - well, that's the title of the book, not much a surprise! But now things are actually unfolding and I feel like this entire book could be he prologue for the main story of the second book.

This book is exhausting, but in a good way. There's so much action.

Then at the same time, nothing is actually happening to progress the story - each scene is it's own adventure, but they're just wandering aimlessly on a quest with no idea how far they need to go?! Characters are interesting but not sure there's any development...yet! Am I enjoying it or just reading to find out what happens in the end?

Okay, things are getting interesting and I’m already too far in to quit now (sometimes I hate my OCD)

Not sure there’s ENOUGH Mythology yet to keep me happy other than the mention of a few gods, but that’s okay.

Also, I feel like it’s trying too hard to be feminist. Yes, I would happily fight for feminism but mentioning “women aren’t seen as equal” every few sentences seems a bit too much.

I picked this book up solely on the cover making me think it was another Medusa retelling.

I'm actually glad it's not, I've read so many lately that they're all blending into one.

I've now figured out what the book is actually about and I'm intrigued!! Greek Mythology & a bit of extra fantasy is right up my street.

Not too sure I like the writing style just yet but I'll wait for things to pick up before I judge.

I feel that if I didn’t know enough about Greek Mythology already, this book would either be super educational or super confusing.

Luckily, I love this stuff so have heard all these tales before but Stone Blind brings them all into one gorgeous book!!!

The depth of lore in this book is gorgeous.

Again, I love how it all ties into Medusa's tale but isn't all about her! You see different viewpoints from different characters. Learn more about Perseus, Athena (that Gigantomachy chapter was epic!!) and everyone else along the way.

I've had my eye on this book since it was released and so far I'm loving it

Not only is it a tale of Medusa, but it incorporates much more Greek Mythology into the story without it sounding like the author is just bragging about how much they know it all.

I love that there're more than JUST the "key characters" of the original fable - we meet the other Olympians, hear of how the twins & Athena were born, Amphitrite

I'm half way and still not sure if I'm enjoying the book or not - it's intriguing, some good characters (although i think I only like them because I love Greek Mythology) and the book itself is well written, but for the most part - not much is happening. (although last time I said that, it all kicked off so fingers crossed)

Oooh now it’s getting good. Finally, the mythology is coming out and the Gods are making their appearances - especially happy the Furies are here!

I'm enjoying seeing what's happening, but other than the Greek Mythology being mentioned, I'm not entirely sure what this has to do with Persephone to be a "retelling" - hopefully it'll all make sense soon.

Time to jump back into a big of Greek Mythology...with a modern twist.

After 5 chapters I'm excited to see where this is leading but hoping it gets into it soon. I love the tales of Persephone & Hades so I need to know how this retelling plays out.

Followed swiftly by some heartbreaking Death-Cast news - as always, Silvera knows how to keep you on your toes and in tears.

That scene with Fernan & Rufus was gorgeous.

I also love how all the different characters we're meeting along the way are intertwined!!

I'm loving this storyline - the fact we get to see the day Death-Cast launched and learn a bit more about it's creator. The new characters for us to fall in love with. The heartbreak that's bound to come for a Silvera book. The fun cute times and the teary times. Even the times I've audibly sobbed and tried to cover it with a cough or a yawn. I never expected anything less from this story.

The story has just begun, Death-Cast has just gone live and I’ve already had to try hold back sobs 4 times.

If you’ve ever read one of Silvera’s books, you’ll know how good he is at getting into your heart - even the happy moments are bittersweet and beautiful!!

Orion & Valentino have only just met and I’m already in love with them both and already my heart is preparing to break for them!!

I never want this book to end!!! Loving it so much!!

…and now we’re in the Endgame!
