I'm already loving this. My experience with this book is listening to the audiobook 30 years ago when I was cleaning college buildings, and the audiobook is abridged. This is like going to a reunion of people you know and love and discovering that there are a thousand more things to learn about and do with them.

This is the first time I have almost thrown up from listening to a book. Not metaphorically, not hyperbolically. Literally retching and gagging repeatedly to the point that I was worried I was going to vomit oatmeal all over my pencil skirt right before going to teach class. Is it a compliment? Is it a condemnation? You decide. It was definitely vivid.
