Every time I read anything by Darryl Bailey I see the utter truth of what he expresses more and more clearly and it shocks me with delight.

Absolutely loving this book

I am not reading the version in the picture it is rather the full version translated by Margaret Jill Costa which is so much better than the penguin translation. This book soothes my soul because I feel Fernando Pessoa is a kindred spirit in his existential angst and ruminative solitude and melancholy. Have read this book so many times.

Have had to abandon this one. Read about a third.
