In my opinion, not a serious economics book, not even a sociology book. I feel that Freakonomics is blithely written social commentary.

A yummy book. (Apparently, I am inspired by the cover. )

Yay! The characters are once again behaving as they should , so I am a happy reader. :)

You won't believe it, but by page 182, the drudgery of geology gave way to the splendor of physics! Mr. Bryson's writing is stunning.

Wow, there is a lot to know, but Mullen and Daniels have made it easy for a beginner (like me!) to understand. :)

Ah! How nice! Mullen and Daniels have made clear what had been a daunting subject. WHEW. I think I'm starting to get it ...

Uh-oh ... it's starting to be a drudge. Guess I'm not all that interested in geology. Maybe I'll just skip over this part. (blush)

I'm in love with Mr. Bryson's writing. Craftsman? Sure; but, more than that. Artist? More. Linguician? There it is.

Done! Good book ... a tad slow'ish in a few spots; but, overall pretty entertaining.

I love that Grisham grabs his readers by the time they get to the third paragraph! So far, so good!! I'm enjoying his yarn ...
