It’s so sad, his voice is so clear and the writing so compelling. I keep thinking: “But I know how this story ends, far too soon”

Reading it after his death makes all he says all the more prescient. It’s a tricky read in some ways because of the desperate difficulty he clearly faced tackling a plethora of addictions - but it’s also got that wit we all remember so fondly from Chandler Bing
