I’m finding this book to be engaging. I enjoy reading about Kate’s stories from show biz and how she felt God was calling her for more. The book is packed with scriptures and I also like the discussion questions at the end of each chapter.

I love this book! Jordan is so relatable. Seems almost every story she tells, I can see myself in the same situation. From the acne to the fomo to the comparison with the woman from the gym, I understand. Jordan not only lays out the problem but gives you step by step solutions. I would recommend this book to anyone but especially women in the 20-50 range.

I really enjoyed this book. It has simple instructions for growing and preserving foods. I did not need the sections on animals as I live in a suburb where they are not allowed but it has me dreaming of living in the city.

I think there is a real need for this book in the church. Kadi lays out eight best practices for the development of leaders who are women. I really liked the next steps and discussion questions section of the book. Coming from a very conservative background, I now have a lot to ponder. I recommend this book to any ladies in the church but also to males in leadership positions in the church.

I’ve only read the first four chapters so far, but am thoroughly engaged. I enjoy learning Gary’s back story of how he got into acting and some of the people he met along the way. I enjoyed learning that his commitment to helping military and first responders started early in life. I’m looking forward to reading the rest of the book and learning more. I received an ARC copy of the book from Nelson Books.
