I know the American’s voice is supposed to be obnoxious, but it’s so grating I don’t know whether I can bear to go on listening.

Super glad this collection is on Audible because neither of my libraries had it! Word choice and writing is excellent.

Stopping at chapter 15 out of 18 for this volume because that’s as far as the “free” chapters go on the KManga app.

Mindless fluff that’s nonetheless nostalgic (art style feels like certain old doujin artists, especially for the Suikoden series, maybe from the early 2000s to 2010s?)

Appreciating all the strong ladies in this book 💪

Omg I’m getting called out by Mr. Rogers!!! Wasn’t expecting that swift punch to the kidney

This book is going by so fast! I’m sad I won’t be able to read more in this series by Stieg Larsson…

Writing is so much better than a bunch of the bad books I randomly picked up recently. Whew! What a relief to not be constantly disappointed in characters and the twists of a story…

After trying out four or five random books that ended up disappointing, I want to read something by an author I love! Borrowed this paperback from my brother a couple months ago, so I can read a paper book in English even here where you can’t just buy them in stores or online cheaply. Hooray!!!

Just the kind of stories I’ve been looking for. Delightful.

70% of the way through this but it’s so somber in a…world weary? Tired and sad way? I don’t know if I can finish it. Some characters are interesting so it’s a pity that their presentation is kind of difficult to wade through.

Omg what is going ON… Simon Vance’s reading is making these characters and descriptions strange and hilarious and I love it so far. Will see where this all goes…
