Buehlman does like his plagues.

Started reading this on the plane, maybe ten percent of the way in. Restarted from the beginning as an audiobook today while on a walk. It’s so interesting which lines stand out more depending on the medium—whether written or spoken, and how it’s spoken.

Crying at chapter 24…. ; o ; dunno the last time a novel made me cry, but I’d say this is the sign of a well-written one.

Not a book to listen to while eating or cooking lol

Ugh… this book started out promising but I’m not sure there’s much it can do to redeem itself in my eyes at this point, unless things take a different turn than I’m expecting.
