So disappointed, I've enjoyed this book so much until the part where Papillion gets two wives both underage... Literally felt disgusted reading those parts, will not be continuing

I was really into this book until the diary entries??? I can't push myself to read through those, the whole of that part it's just sort of off the rails

I think it might be the translation itself but this is just not reading fluently and just can't get past it
