the southern accents are a little hard to read quickly, and the plot is SOOO quick so the tension is like AHHHHHHHH

i’m liking this BUT i get irritated when people write phonetic Southern accents so that part is making it a slow read for me

This is very straightforward poetry, very much like “i see this, i see this, i see this.” Therefore when reading it alongside other poetry that seems to keep all its meaning in between the words it seems kind of flat. but every now and then there are a few lines that really do hit clearly because of how direct they are.

Started and read the majority of this sitting in the forest, great experience. I like this a lot so far. It's very readable and direct (not like some other poets just wandering around wondering if you'll follow) some of them not blowing me away and some that summarize perfectly thoughts I have had myself. Will probably finish this soon

So far this is just ok. It's giving House of Leaves meets Parasite... but the writing is just dull. It's written like a podcast, basically, all dialogue, and some layouts of houses, but the dialogue is all extremely dry and the pacing just doesn't exist basically

damn Stranger Things would have slapped if they went with the original idea of ripping this off instead of.. whatever tf that was
