I can't wait to finish this book, it's moving very fast, (I can't stand a slow book) and the mystery factor adds so much to the storyline. I love the competitive wit between Gabe and Malcolm. My only suspicion is that Malcolm is going to kill himself, in a beautiful poetic way, in the end to be with Liv.

Loving this book so far. Liv's death wasn't a surprise but I loved how the imagery she saw as she was dying tied into the dreams she had been having. Also, it's frustrating for the reader, being that she can't talk to anyone to tell them she didn't kill herself, and if Gabe tried to, they would never believe him.

This book really picked up as soon as Liv arrived, however I found the instant love between Liv and Malcolm a little hard to believe. I think Mrs. Benson's character is unique and instantly lovable, sure to play an important role in the story.

I really was enjoying this book at first, but I'm considering abandoning it. Partially because I find my self re-reading each paragraph because I didn't understand the lingo or became bored and wasn't paying attention. I'm considering switching to Liv, Forever (thanks Ms. Kim)

It's kind of the same thing happening over and over, Annie is getting visions and worrying about Fia, and then there's Fia who's getting drunk with James and trying to escape. I hope something exciting happens soon.

I got really mixed up with all the time differences and with Annie and Fia switching back and forth so I went back a few chapters. Drunk Fia is hilarious, and they way she describes the feelings of being drunk as everything being warm, fuzzy and muffled is extreme sensory detail for me.

It's an interesting detail, but the fact that some chapters are set several years beforehand can be quite hard to keep track of. However I do like how the personality differences are expressed between Annie and Fia.

I've been noticing the lack of sensory detail in the book, especially when Annie is the narrator. It really makes you feel blind and almost disconnected from the book, I'm not sure whether that's a good or bad thing.

I love how Annie is so dependent while still being so independent. It's also weird how Fia constantly repeats words three times, like how she will "tap tap tap" her finger on her leg, and yet she says she has always hated the number three.

(About The Cuckoo's Calling by J.K. Rowling) After abandoning this book a while ago, I decided to try to pick it up again, but unfortunately it's still slow and dark, now I'm trying to decide what to read next.

Everything's getting exciting and quickly unraveling. I was confused for a bit about why Juliet drank the potion in the first place, but I think I have it figured out now.

I'm very excited to find out how everything ties together in the end, however I must admit that the giant mechanical bird really threw me of for a while...

Everything is picking up, but I'm a little lost, like when and why exactly did Morgan and Pen get captured? I must not have been paying attention during that important piece of information.

The story started to pick up and get more exciting, and now it's slowing down again. At least it's building suspense...

This book... is really entertaining. The plot is compelling, and the idea of having a hollow wedding ring and filling it with each other's blood is pretty cool. By the way, you're right, Ms. Kim, it seems very quiet.

The incident with Tim Johnson, the mad dog, seemed random at first, but I'm thinking it could be a metaphor. The way that everyone reacts to anything weird or different is to assume it's harmful. They also act like that to Scout wearing overalls, or Atticus defending a black man.

I love how Harper Lee is so descriptive, the imagery is just so honest. Everything is realistically... unkempt.

This book was getting pretty depressing towards the end... I'm glad it ended happy, but at the same time I feel like it was a little *too* happy.

This book is kind of a series of unfortunate events, with a few happy events mixed in. Charlie is super introverted and he's keeping everything inside! Let it out, Charlie. Just let it out.

I loved A Mango Shaped Space. (Thanks Daye!) It was really fun, and then sad, but I appreciate that it ended on a happy note, because I needed that kind of closure.

I've really been enjoying this book - I love how the author describes all of the colors. Also, the letters between Mia and Adam are adorable.

I really like reading this book. It's comical, and I love the way the author uses words like "saunters" to describe how Mango the cat walks.

This book has much smaller text compared to the last book I read, so I feel like I'm not making as much progress, but I still really enjoy reading it. It's much more serious, but J. K. Rowling's sarcasm is still there.
