Gerry Dee is 20% done with O My America!: Six Women and Their Second Acts in a New World

This book is pretty choppy and difficult to follow. The stories of the women are fascinating. I am reading this with Stein House by Myra McIlvain. Both works are about strong women living about the same time in American history. If I were reading "O My America" alone I would have trouble finishing it.

Finished! This is a logical well thought out approach to throwing your adult child out of your house. Well written and well intentioned. Just wish my life was logical and we'll thought out. But it is not. It is a mess. Wish the author had spent more time exploring Plan B. Actually I wish she had spent some time exploring Plan B. My husband and I are on plan B... NO, C... NO, F! Plan F involves the parents.

So far author is describing my situation pretty closely. Intrigued enough to buy second copy for Nook so i can find it when i want it. I'll let you know when my kid moves out.
