Moonie is 26% done with Where'd You Go, Bernadette

I am conflicted. The characters are all so obnoxious and I don't particularly enjoy any of them, but I do find it to be a realistic portrayal of obnoxious charter school parents. I think the epistolary format is holding me back from fully enjoying the story. Quick read though.

I have really been enjoying this book, even though I don't typically enjoy epistolary novels. Stoker does a great job at building the mood and atmosphere through letters and logs. There is quite a bit of humor (which I am not sure if it is intentional) in the way that people talk about Dracula and his now stereotypical vampire mannerisms and with how important Catholicism is and its alignment with goodness.
