The more I read the less credibility this scientist has from my perspective. He has openly admitted his problem with Taubes has to do with him not being a scientist and therefore his journalist approach is bias. I also get a sense of elitism- unless you are a scientist you are not good enough to understand nor make judgements about complicated scientific studies, since you wont know the proper methods and such.
