this is an interesting nonfiction book especially to read in late may or september (bookends of peak outdoor amusement season).

enjoying it a lot so far

this book is super devastating but important.

that spooky moment when you get to 3:40:00 in the audiobook and the suspect mentions that he visited the body last on september 9th

….and the day you’re listening happens to also be september 9th

an hour in and i’m hooked. i already love it so much.

just started listening for book club on wednesday.

fresh off the pacers valiant fight in game 7 of the NBA finals, i wasn’t sure if this book would meet me where i am right now emotionally. chapter 1 has been a delight so far. i came in knowing this was a little women retelling, but i did not expect a basketball storyline 🤍

listening to the audiobook. mitch is a horrible name to hear in audio format. it sounds
like midge.
