A middling year on the reading front. I started a lot of books. I had long hiatuses from the reading chair. I began Brothers Karamazov and didn’t get close to finishing, that will be a 2023 project. The most impactful book of the year was Novacene by James Lovelock. A future presented that seems inevitable, probably in my lifetime. But the best, by far, Limberlost by Robbie Arnott.
