The novel concludes in Chanda going back to Bonang with her siblings. Since Chanda’s siblings had been taken by Mandiki and were mortified of telling that to people, Mr. Selalame helps Chanda's siblings overcome their scarring memory of what happened. Nelson also moves in with Chanda because he has no place to stay.

Pako ran away because his family was about to kill him. This happened because Chanda talked about how the relationship of the family was terrible and how Pako threw stones on Mr. Malunga's grave to keep the spirit from attacking him, as he believes. Now, Mandiki, an evil General that steals children as his slaves, found Pako and took him in. It was very painful reading how he treated the children.

Chanda and her two siblings went to Tiro (where the rest of her family live) because her neighbor and teacher said that the dream was telling her to go there for safety. When she arrived there, she was greeted by her family and stayed in their house. The relationship between her and her family wasn't that good and she didn't really like them...

I'm reading this book because it's for my summative.
The beginning was kind of intriguing because Chanda was talking to her mother at one point and her mother mysteriously disappears when she glances somewhere else, and back at her. I was a little bit disappointed when I found out that it was actually a dream.

I am currently reading this book because my friend, Max, recommended me it. I have heard that this is a great book to read, but I haven't read it since a long time ago. That's also why I wanted to read it.

...which is actually good-ish because it makes me a ninja. Haha xD

I chose this book to read because of the summary behind. Even though it kind of sound cheesy, the 2-4 sentences of the summary kind of relates to me (the summary of the book is different from the one on Goodreads). The 2-4 sentences basically describes about how some people are nobodies, so they are practically invisible. This is me because many times my friends doesn't know I'm here when I'm actually here...

I decided to read this book because I heard it's a really good book, besides, it's the Goodreads choice award for 2012. I know...and I read it this year which I am late. Nonetheless, here I am reading the book.

Cath and Wren had gotten back together after the argument. Even though Wren got drunk and she got punished by her dad, Cath forgave her. In the end, I'm happy that the relationship between Cath, Wren and her dad had gotten better. (: I just wish Cath and her mom would get along together, but I totally understand why she doesn't want to talk to mom since she left her when she was around 8 years old.

...now Cath has to make friends with her room that she doesn't know and she thinks that she's kind of creepy. Well, I think that's what most freshmen would react.

Haha! Cath's dad is so smart! Her dad named her Cath and she has a twin sister named Wren. When you say them together, it says Catherine. xD Well, anyways they were going to college. Cath doesn't want to leave her dad because she was scared of what will happen to him because of his health and they had family problems. Plus, Wren doesn't want to be her roommate since she wanted to make friends...

I'm reading this book because I heard a lot of people said that this book was interesting, well...mostly Agnes convinced me when she did her book report. (:

I loved this book because I liked how the author, Stacey Kade, shows the different perspective between Ariane and Zane. I could kind of relate to this book because I also find attention intimidating. I felt bad for Ariane because it's so hard to fit in, when the truth about herself is half alien and half human. So in conclusion, this book was really engaging and amazing to read! (=

Even though she also hated Rachel for all those years Rachel had bullied her, she doesn't want to kill her. So she made a plan on faking the kill. Dr. Jacobs came in the room and she used her powers to knock him down. Ariane was finally free again and escaped with Rachel and Zane...but the problem is, where would she go? She can no longer live with her guardian anymore because it's dangerous...

It was so intense when Ariane was so close to killing Rachel. Purple veins rose up as Ariane uses her powers. Before she killed her, GTX came as fear ran through Ariane.The GTX shot her, which made her fall asleep. She ended waking up in the place where she hated and the place where she was created. Zane tried to save her. Dr. Jacobs, which is the enemy of Ariane commanded her to kill Rachel to show her powers...

In the beginning, I was so confused on who is talking. After I read it a couple of times, I finally found out who was talking. I feel bad for Ariane and Jenna because they were constantly being bullied by Rachel.

I chose this book to read because when I read the back of the book, it talks about how Ariane tries to be invisible and the rules that she followed. It reminds me of myself because I am usually quiet...which makes me kinda invisible compared to the others.

Now Ben and Elijah can finally go home, back to their world. Janelle loves Ben and doesn't want him to leave, but she knew it was best for him. He says that he will come back for her, but she doesn't know how. Now she has to live on without her dad and Alex because she has to.

Janelle found out that Ben, Elijah and Reid was from an alternate universe. They have to find who was opening the portals and stop them. At the end, they found out that Reid was the one who was opening the portals and the one who had killed Janelle's dad. Barclay came in and shot Reid for there needs to be a punishment. He also accidentally shot Alex. They disabled the Oppenheimer and the countdown stop. Yay!

It was like a countdown to the end of the world. A few days later, Janelle's dad got killed. Now Janelle, Ben, Alex, Elijah, and Reid have to work together to stop the countdown.

Janelle got hit by a pickup truck and was killed, until Ben brought her back to life. She soon discovered that Ben is not from earth, but another world. She also looked through her dad's files and found that a lot people got killed and there are chemical burns or radiation. There were pictures of people that was covered in burns, but one thing that was mysterious was that there are numbers 44:14:38:44...

I'm going to read this over the holiday. (:

...Jon found a note, that Lisa wrote. It said that she took full responsibility of the plan to get the baby. She was scared of what might happen to her, so she killed herself. There, Jon wept. Jon knew it wasn't safe here anymore, so he went to his brother's home, with Ruby...which he found out that she was actually Opal, Ruby's twin. The next day, they went to New Harmony, where he found Sarah...

Update status! This book was sad because Mom and Lisa died. When Miranda's baby was finally born, a person stole the baby and told a lie to their family that the baby was deformed and had died. Later, Jon found out that it was a lie. Jon and Sarah hatched out a plan to get the baby back. When they got the baby, Jon went back home and found out that Lisa was dead with a gun lying beside her. Lisa killed herself...

...at the soccer game between White Birch and Sexton, there was a big riot. The both teams were angry and they started shooting people. Jon quickly got Gabe and Lisa to a safe place with Alex's help...but there was still Mom, back in the house at White Birch.

Update status! So far this book is okay. Jon, Lisa, and Gabe is in Sexton, Miranda, Alex, and Mom is in White Birch, ans Matt and Syl is in New Harmony. At Sexton, Jon was on the soccer team, where he made friends...but when Sarah, a new comer to the school, came to the school, things changed. Now, Jon started to like her, but people were being mean to her because she is a grub.

Update status! Thanks to Anita Z. for finding out that there was a fourh book from the Life As We Knew It series, I am reading it now. =D I am excited of what is yet to come, in the book.

...and hope that one day, they too would accept Jesus. =)
