How have I not heard of James Lee Burke before? I’m always excited to find an author that I like but Mr. Burke is a phenomenon! He’s written so many books! I’m going to be a very happy reader for a long time to come!

I’m 60% through this book. It’s not a quick read but meant to be read in such a way that you gain an understanding of the man who wanted to reform the Roman Catholic Church. I’m enjoying it and learning much I never knew about Marten Luther.

Definitely enjoying it more than the first time I tried to read it.

This book and the accompanying video are the basis of a Christian based grief group that I am a part of. It may take us a while to get through it but it provides real answers to the real walk of grief. It can be the loss of a family member or the loss of a dream, divorce or career. Highly recommended!

I love Ann VosKamp and her writing is beautiful prose. Also in the place I am in spiritually this is an amazing book that is opening up insights to my walk with God. I am excited to have the summer to spend with this book.

I’m loving every single sentence. I haven’t found one thing about this book I do not like.

I love this devotional book. Everyday I am inspired by the scripture reading and by Mr. Geritzs input on the passage. For anyone who loves a literal interpretation of the Bible this devotional is a delight and a challenge.

Intriguing

I love this book. I am making myself read it slow so I can enjoy it longer.

I am so enjoying this book. Friendship is the topic. How we have friends and how we are a friend. Makes one think a lot about your own friendships.
