I love this series and the characters feel like old friends. Another new woman shopkeeper has come to town with her daughter and the ladies of the Secret Book and Scone Society try to make her welcome, but some of the townspeople do not. Interesting takes on censorship.A solid addition to the series.

I liked the combination of African traditional and fantasy. There are strong female characters. It's a good YA book.

This is a different approach for Debbie, but it was enjoyable. As in all her books, it ends happily.

I really enjoyed this book. It shone a light on the media and how we cover tragedy. The characters were engaging and I wanted to find out more about them.
