I need help finding a book a book that I've read but can't remember the title. It's a medieval historical romance that might be Scottish. The heroine is staying at the hero's home and is grossed out by his brothers and their other people's lack of manners. The hero's sister was raped and is living in filth so everyone thinks she's crazy. The sister was engaged and thinks that her fiancé won't want her. Any ideas?
