This book was suggested to me due to my MS. Along with pain, tingling,fatigue,plus many other symptoms of MS depression is a big one. When one loses a person in their life to death the pain lessens and you go on with your normal life when one loses the ability to do daily activities and are in pain 24/7/365 it's hard to heal emotionally from that lose. Hopefully this book will help me deal with my daily limitations.

WOW, it seems as though I am zipping right through this book even though it is over 1,000. I have yet to lose interest in any of the story-line and where it might take me. My biggest worry is when to request the next book as I don't have that one.
