I keep going back for a chapter or two but I’m so on the borderline of just putting it down and walking away. I kind of want to know where it’s all going and I kind of want to get off the ride.

Keep trying to start this one and getting distracted.

So far it's fluffy, holiday appropriate, and pretty clean.

I'm trying to make it though this one but...

I keep reading another chapter here and there but I’m not enjoying it so I’m shelving this one for now.

This is a fascinating and kind of overwhelming book. It's the opposite of a can't-put-it-down read; like a too rich dessert I have to keep taking small bites and deciding if I'm going to go back for another serving.
