I fell asleep during this audiobook several times and didn’t need to rewind. The characters lack intelligence and maturity. The plot is supposed to be reminiscent of You’ve Got Mail but it feels like a poorly done fanfic retelling that’s 35% too long.

The broken logic of this main character is VERY hard to move past.

One of those books where nothing much happens and yet it manages to be real and charming and ugly and hopeful.
