A brilliantly depressing book . As I read it ..Sudan is in hell , Ukraine too …then theres also Gaza ..& Israel & Iran are at war . Plus a few other wars or something similar in other parts of the world !
We don’t learn do we humans ..fucking lemmings electing clowns .
Anthony is a good man recording these horrors so hopefully one day a future future future generation may actually learn to not be so ignorant

Decent enough …just far too many times the word “SEALS”’in capital letters ..it made it hard reading every page with it.

It’s a good self improvement book, only downside is word SEAL in capitals too DJT style .. is used on every page sometimes many times..sometimes many times in a paragraph.
I found it irritating till I started mentally making a SEAL bark noise to stop me going mad …

Barring that it’s a great read to help to find focus and reason .

This is a must read . With everything that’s going on in the world today we could all do with a more better self controlled method of thinking. It’s an easy read but I’ve found myself to get full benefit that I’m reading each chapter twice .

Not sure . Quarter of the way in and so far the wisdom is walking is good ..and rocks are old. . I definitely can hear his voice and enthusiasm but not sure I’m any wiser . Maybe I need to think more or it’s just bollocks . Willing to find out .
