I totally failed my reading target this year, so it seemed sensible to go into next year with an 800 page behemoth

Reading this while also acknowledging that referencing Orwell is extremely played out at this point. Also there’s an approving quote from Ian Dunt on the back page, and I’m really hoping that doesn’t mean this book is going to be a Dunty/James O’Brien-esque “we couldn’t possibly support Corbyn! He’s a wankpuffin!” both sides-ing centrist pantshitting exercise. All that being said… here it goes
